No Vaccinations, No Stay

All guests are required to be up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations, no exceptions. The vaccines we require are: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, and Parvovirus (often listed at DA2PP). We highly recommend all dogs also be vaccinated against Leptospirosis and canine influenza(H3N2/H3N8) but they are not required. When making a boarding request, you will be asked to provide the dates of vaccinations. All requests will remain pending until vaccinations are confirmed.

We do not allow intact females that are in heat/ about to go into heat. This is for the protection of the females and the sanity of the males in our care. If a female is found to be in heat while staying at our facility, the charge is an additional $20/day.

Deposit

We require all guests to pay a $25 deposit that will apply to your final bill. All stays require a deposit. Deposits for reservations canceled at least 3 days prior to the start of the reservations can be used towards a future stay or refunded to the credit card. The deposit is forfeited if canceled less than 3 days before the start of the reservation.

Leashes and Carriers

All dogs should be brought into the building on leash. All cats should be dropped off in a cat carrier. This is to ensure the safety of all animals entering and exiting the building.

Drop offs and Pick ups

We welcome you to drop off your pet at any time during our regular business hours. We close the lobby during the afternoon to allow us time to clean and interact with the animals. Pets must be picked up before the break in the middle of the day on the last day of their stay (12:00 pm Monday – Friday; 11:00 am on Saturday-Sunday) . Failure to do so will result in a $20 late charge per room booked.

Food and Other Belongings

Guests may bring their own food or we provide the option of using the in-house dog food. We use Nature’s Domain chicken, rice, and vegetable mix. There is an additional $5/day charge for choosing our in-house food.

Each kennel has its own raised dog bed. For families staying together, additional beds will be provided. Your pet is welcome to bring their own bed and toys.

Each kennel also has a set of food and water bowls. Guests may bring a raised dog bowl for larger breeds,

Let’s make something together.
